Please read this document carefully as it contains information about your rights and responsibilities as well as any limitations and exclusions.  Online Pesticide Training reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.  It is the responsibility of the applicator to be aware of these Terms for each course s/he registers for.  Thank you for using Online Pesticide Training for your applicator recertification needs.

1)  The registration for each course lasts thirty (30) days from the time of payment.  Users have thirty (30) days to complete the material and pass the post course assessment.  If the course is not completed successfully in the 30 day time period, users will not be given credit for the course. Users will need to re-register for the course.  Re-registration will require full payment for the course.

2) ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Once registration is complete, there will be no refunds.

3) It is the responsibility of the user to guarantee that the course they are registering for is approved for online credit by the state from which they are seeking recertification.  Online Pesticide Training assumes no responsibility for courses that are taken by a user that are not approved by the state.  No refunds will be given. 

4) It is the responsibility of the user to understand the state's online credit policies and requirements.  Online Pesticide Training will not refund monies for courses that are taken that exceed the number of online credits allowed by each state.  Online Pesticide Training tries to provide these policies, but does not take responsibility for policies that are incorrectly stated.

5) The user that is registering for this course acknowledges that he/she is the person that will actually be taking the course.  Online Pesticide Training takes no responsibility for false identification.
